Return, Refund & Cancellation Policies


Users are required to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment in order to allow sufficient time for scheduled treatment. If you arrive late for an appointment, Service Providers reserve the right to shorten your treatment time or, if there is insufficient time to complete your treatment, they reserve the right to cancel your appointment entirely.


Any kind of refund shall not be allowed in both the app.


We are not guarantee of any kind of services or treatments cater from service provider. We are just manage appointment to save time. If you are not entirely happy with the result of any services or treatments, please give us the feedback and opportunity to rectify this.


Certain services / treatments are not recommended for people with medical conditions. We cannot be held responsible for any kind of service or treatments which you deal.


If you may need to cancel the appointment from both the side as user or salon, you are required to make your status on “mobile applications” before at least 3 hour.

We will do our best to reschedule your appointment to a time that is convenient for you but we cannot guarantee that the new time that you want, will be available. If you do not arrive for your appointment, we reserve the right, in our discretion, to cancel your registration with us.


We reserve the right to ask any person to leave “Mobile applications” if they are offending or disturbing other customers, owners and/or staff members. We also reserve the right to ask any person to leave “Mobile applications” if they are doing any kind of business malpractice through this “Mobile applications”.


Please note that you choose “salon/Parlour/Spa/any kind of services in this Mobile applications”( called as “Service Provider”) at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any death, theft, damage, injury, loss or misfortune (“harm”) that may occur while you are in Service Provider premises.
