By making Registration in the application, you acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions for using services from “Salun” or “Salun Business” (“Mobile applications”). Please read this page carefully. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated here, we would request you to exit from Mobile applications. We may reserve our respective rights to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to re-appraise yourself of the Terms and Conditions, because they are binding on all users of these Mobile applications.
Terms & Condition for User of “Salun Business”
- Salon Owner may be charged for activation for accepting services and bookings. Activation charges are non-refundable. You are agreeing to abide with booking charges which may vary time to time.
- We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential.
- You are agreeing to follow the booking schedule of “Salun” application as a first priority. We recommend you to grant considerable tolerated arrival time of customer for booking in favour of customer satisfaction.
- You have right to cancel the appointment by paying regular charge of services.
- You are ready to use “Salun” application service without any assurance from our side.
- You are responsible for catering services, quality of service as well as collection of the payment from customer/user.
- You may set your own salon’s service prices. We do not offer refunds for any completed services or cancelled booking. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us. We will try our utmost to resolve problems.
- Booking for Bridal Hair, Groom Hair and special occasions (Marriages, Party etc), you are advised to discuss customer for services details like timing, kinds of services etc.
- We reserve the right to:
- To suspend or terminate the account of any user without prior information or notice.
- Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this application and service (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the application.
- Change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the application (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the application and/or our services.
Terms & Condition for User of “Salun”
By making a booking for any Registration Service listed in “SALUN” application, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
- Bookings made online may need to be slightly amended to fit in with salon time slots and stylists commitments. We recommend you arrive up to 10 minutes in advance of your booking time. If you arrive to your appointment late, your appointment may cancel or depend on local salon/beauty parlour/Spa owner’s decision.
- You are ready to get booking service without any assurance from our side.
- Our try is to make online booking facility only. We are not responsible for the any service caters by Salon/Beauty Palour/ Spa. If you have any query for the service, please fill free to contact us. You may register your feedback through this app or email.
- Prices are intended as guide only. You will be charged for the services you have been catered, which may vary. Actual Services Prices may vary without any prior notice.
- If you miss your appointment or cancel it with less than 12 hours’ notice, we may restrict you from next booking.
